To stop a Care Worker from accessing the messaging system via the App you need to deactivate that User.
1. Click on the deactivate icon for that user.
2. Click OK in the confirmation window.
Note: deactivation will take effect after 24 hours.
You can restore access by clicking on the same icon when a user is Inactive.
