Adding/editing a user

User/Team Area

To add a user click on the Add New User icon

This will open the Add New User window.


  REMEMBER: When adding a Care Worker in StaffPlan you also have to add the Care Worker here.  

IMPORTANT: When a Care Worker leaves the company you have to Deactivate the user.

The Add New User window

Enter the User's Title, Forename, Surname, Email Address and Select the Team. Do NOT upload a picture.

If the new user is an Administrator, tick the Is Admin User box.

If the new user is a Care Worker, do NOT tick the Is Admin User box. The PIN is auto-generated.

Click on Save to add the new user.

To edit a user click on the Edit icon next to the User

This will open the Edit User window.

You can change the user's Title, Forename, Surname and Team. Do NOT upload a picture.

You can NOT change the Email Address. If you need to change the Email Address you have to add as a New User.
