User/Team Area
This will open the Add New User window.
IMPORTANT: When a Care Worker leaves the company you have to Deactivate the user.
Enter the User's Title, Forename, Surname, Email Address and Select the Team. Do NOT upload a picture.
If the new user is an Administrator, tick the Is Admin User box.
If the new user is a Care Worker, do NOT tick the Is Admin User box. The PIN is auto-generated.
Click on Save to add the new user.
This will open the Edit User window.
You can change the user's Title, Forename, Surname and Team. Do NOT upload a picture.
You can NOT change the Email Address. If you need to change the Email Address you have to add as a New User.
